Ooredoo Maldives Introduces Autopay Feature for Bills, Recharges and Add-Ons
Ooredoo Maldives has introduced a new Autopay feature on the Ooredoo App, enabling customers to automate bill payments, prepaid recharges and add-on purchases through scheduled transactions.
The feature allows customers to securely save their preferred payment card and set automatic payments based on selected dates and times. It aims to reduce the need for manual transactions and help users maintain uninterrupted connectivity services.
Customers can activate Autopay by saving a payment card during a transaction, navigating to the Autopay section under the “More” menu in the Ooredoo App, selecting the service they wish to automate, and choosing a preferred schedule. Once set, the system processes payments automatically without requiring repeated action from the user.
Ooredoo stated that the Autopay feature is designed to simplify recurring digital transactions and improve the overall customer experience.
According to Ooredoo, customers can now manage essential services more efficiently through a single platform. Ooredoo also stated that the feature supports greater flexibility by allowing users to customise payment schedules based on their needs.
