The Maldives Police Service has announced that they are seeking a party to construct a 15-storey mixed-use office building at Iskandharu Koshi.

The project will be developed as a multi-purpose facility combining administrative offices with operational medical services, training infrastructure and accommodation spaces. The existing building on the site will be demolished to make way for the new development.

MPS said the building will include basement, ground and upper-level parking facilities, alongside dedicated spaces for government and operational use. The facility will also be equipped with six lifts.

The basement will accommodate parking for 28 four-wheeled vehicles and 85 motorcycles. Additional parking will be provided on the first floor for 17 four-wheeled vehicles, while the second floor will include parking space for 261 motorcycles.

The third floor will be allocated for health services. Floors four to ten will be used as office space, while floors 11 to 13 will be designated for accommodation facilities. These residential floors will include between 80 to 100 beds, with separate rooms for women and visitors arriving from outside Malé.

The top two floors of the building will be used for training purposes. These will include six classrooms, a library, a conference room, a multi-purpose hall and a dedicated training hall.

Police have invited interested parties to register for participation in the bidding process by submitting the required form via email. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of a registration number from MPS.

The deadline for registration is 12:00 pm on 1 July 2026. Authorities said submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted.

All queries related to the project must be submitted before 12:00 pm on 29 June 2026. Detailed scope of work has been issued along with the announcement, and further information is available through the Procurement Section.
