With a total of 22 ministries and companies under his government, Muizzu expressed the intention to have the highest number of women in leadership roles.

Muizzu pointed out that, to date, only one person has been entrusted with setting up an SOE to manage government companies. However, the incoming government plans to have a team of six capable women overseeing enterprises.

In terms of the selection process, Muizzu emphasised the importance of appointing individuals with relevant experience and expertise in their respective fields. He clarified that if direct experience is lacking, preference will be given to those closely related to the field in question.
