Speeding Motorcycle Crash Injures 11-Year-Old Boy in Malé

A speeding motorcycle collided with another motorcycle in Malé City yesterday, injuring an 11-year-old boy.

The accident occurred in front of the Rehendhi apartment complex on Ameenee Magu and was reported to the police at around 12:33 pm. The collision took place when a speeding motorcycle crashed into another carrying the boy as a passenger.

Police confirmed that the injured child is receiving treatment at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) and that his injuries are not serious. The motorcycle believed to have caused the crash has been towed by the police, who are conducting an investigation into the incident.
