State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) has issued a public notice to its customers regarding fraudulent calls from individuals posing as representatives of the company. 

These callers are reportedly disseminating false information and may be attempting to deceive customers.

In a public notice via Twitter, STELCO advised customers to exercise caution and follow these guidelines:

STELCO will never request personal or financial information over the phone.

If you receive a suspicious call, do not disclose any personal details and terminate the call immediately.

Always verify the legitimacy of any communication by contacting STELCO directly through official channels.

The company urges customers to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to STELCO.
