STO Calls for Informal Discussion with Shareholders

State Trading Organization plc (STO) has called for an informal discussion, inviting all its shareholders to the STO Training Institute on the 4th Floor of the STO Trade Centre on June 8th at 11:00 a.m.

In a press release shared yesterday, STO advised shareholders to register for the meeting using the portal by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 7th. The company notes that this meeting is for shareholder engagement and that there will be no formal approvals during the event.

The informal meeting will include discussions on the company’s strategic issues and opportunities for shareholders to voice their opinions. STO will also share information regarding the Annual Report and the Annual General Meeting.

STO further states that no proxy will be appointed for this informal meeting.
