The Wellness Club (TWC) has teamed up with Villa International High School to inspire more active, health-conscious lifestyles among young people, alongside the launch of its Quarter 2 Group Fitness New Release celebration next month.

Building Healthier Habits Early

In a move that places youth wellbeing at the forefront, TWC has partnered with Villa International High School to introduce a programme centred on developing sustainable, healthy habits. The initiative encourages students to explore how movement, community and mindful choices can positively influence both physical and mental wellbeing.

TWC noted the programme comes at a time when young people are increasingly immersed in digital environments, often leading to more sedentary routines. By promoting regular physical activity, the company adds, the initiative aims to improve focus, build confidence and strengthen resilience among students.

What the Programme Offers

Students at Villa International High School will have access to a tailored fitness experience designed to suit varying levels of ability and interest. Key features include:

  • Exclusive student package: A specially priced monthly group fitness membership at MVR 500, offering full access to all group fitness classes
  • Diverse class options: A balanced mix of strength training, cardio, functional workouts and high-energy sessions suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike
  • Supportive environment: A welcoming space that encourages motivation, confidence-building and enjoyment throughout the fitness journey

Individuals who are not registered students at Villa International High School can access all group fitness classes for MVR 2,000 per month.

A Refreshed Fitness Experience

The initiative coincides with the launch of The Wellness Club’s Quarter 2 Group Fitness New Release celebration, set for May 6, introducing an updated lineup of classes designed to challenge and engage participants.

The new programme features a combination of high-intensity workouts, progressive strength training and endurance-focused sessions. These are complemented by recovery and mobility classes, promoting a more balanced and sustainable approach to fitness.

More Than Just Exercise

Beyond physical activity, the programme aims to foster a sense of community among students. By creating an inclusive and energetic environment, participants are encouraged to connect with peers, try new experiences and build lasting healthy habits.

Whether students are looking to improve strength, increase stamina or simply stay active with friends, the initiative offers a supportive platform to begin that journey.
