Two Injured in Hulhumalé Phase 2 Car-Motorcycle Collision

Two men were injured after a car collided with a motorcycle at an intersection in Hulhumalé Phase 2 on Monday morning.

Police said they received a report at around 7:44am regarding the accident at the four-way intersection connecting Heenaamaa Hingun and Dhumburigas Magu.

The motorcycle was being driven by a 62-year-old Maldivian man, with a 24-year-old Maldivian man travelling as a passenger. Both sustained various injuries and are receiving treatment at Hulhumalé Hospital.

Police are investigating the incident.
