Villa College Opens Applications for September 2026 Intake

Villa College has opened applications for its September 2026 intake, offering more than 100 programmes ranging from Certificate Level 4 to Master’s degree level.

The intake covers a wide range of disciplines, including Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Science, Software Engineering, Law, Shariah, Islamic Finance, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate Governance, Political Science, International Relations, Education, Business and Finance, Tourism and Hospitality, Mass Communication, Engineering, Health Sciences, Psychology, Interior Design and Culinary Arts.

The college said it continues to provide opportunities for students to obtain international qualifications while studying in the Maldives. Programmes are delivered in collaboration with institutions including the University of the West of England and the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom, as well as Taylor’s University and the University of Cyberjaya in Malaysia. Engineering students under the University of Portsmouth partnership also have the option to complete their final year in the UK.

Villa College said its academic model focuses on preparing students for employment through practical learning, including simulations, internships, externships and industry partnerships designed to enhance work readiness.

The college also highlighted a range of student support services, including academic assistance, peer-assisted learning, psychological support through the V-Care Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre, and access to campus facilities such as a gym, laboratories and a technology-enabled learning hub featuring VR and AR resources.

Flexible study options are also available, with online learning offered across most programmes, except in fields such as Engineering, Teaching, Nursing and Pharmacy, to accommodate working students and those with family commitments.

Career guidance services are available for prospective applicants upon contact with the college or campus visits.
