Missing 15-Year-Old Schoolgirl in Hulhumalé Located Safely

Police have confirmed that a 15-year-old schoolgirl who was reported missing in Hulhumalé Phase 2 has been found safe.

According to the Maldives Police Service, the girl was located in Hulhumalé Phase 1 and is in good condition.

The police earlier reported that the case was brought to their attention at around 8:30 a.m today. It was confirmed that the girl had left her residence at Hiya Flat 8 to attend school but did not arrive at the school premises.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the case.
