Registrations Open for Ooredoo Nation Atoll Esports League

Ooredoo Nation has officially opened registrations for the Atoll Esports League, a nationwide PUBG Mobile tournament designed to unite and showcase gaming talent from across the Maldives.
According to the company, this marks the first esports tournament of its kind in the country where teams will represent their respective islands in a multi-stage, fully online competition. The event aims to foster local gaming communities while providing a platform for youth engagement and digital inclusion.
The competition will be held in four phases: Island Qualifiers, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, and the Grand Finals.
Registrations for the Ooredoo Nation Atoll Esports League officially opened on 16 June 2025 and will remain open until 4 July 2025. Interested participants can complete their registration through the official link.
Prize Pool
Participants will compete for a prize pool of MVR 50,000:
- Champion: MVR 25,000
- 2nd Place: MVR 12,000
- 3rd Place: MVR 6,000
4th Place: MVR 3,000 - Most Valuable Player (MVP): MVR 4,000
Participation Guidelines
- Team Size: Minimum of six players
Naming Convention: Teams from the same island must include the island name in their title (e.g., ABC Kaashidhoo) - Eligibility: Up to two team members may be from outside the representing island, with no restrictions on location or nationality
