Government Opens Over 90 Parking Slots at Vinares Towers for Bidding

The government has announced that 94 parking slots at the Vinares Towers in Hulhumalé Phase 2 will be opened for bidding.

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) stated that a previous announcement made in November 2024 regarding the sale of the parking slots has been cancelled. The slots are being reopened for bidding following changes to the policy.

According to HDC, 94 parking slots across the Vinares Towers will be available. Applications for bidding must be submitted between Thursday, 20 November, and Wednesday, 4 December. Bidding will commence on 22 December.

All ten Vinares Towers feature parking areas on the ground floor.
