Minister of Foreign Affairs Concludes Visit to Brussels

Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Abdulla Khaleel has concluded his visit to Brussels, Belgium. During the visit, he participated in the 4th European Union Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum, held in Brussels from 20 to 21 November.
In addition to attending the Forum, Dr Khaleel held official engagements with senior officials from several friendly countries, aiming to strengthen diplomatic relations and promote cooperation on key regional and global issues.
The Minister also represented the Maldives at high-level events on the sidelines of the Forum. He visited the Embassy of the Maldives in Belgium, reaffirming the government’s commitment to maintaining close connections with its citizens abroad and ensuring the provision of quality services.
Dr Khaleel was accompanied by the Ambassador of the Maldives to Belgium and Head of Mission to the European Union, Geela Ali, Secretary for Multilateral Affairs Ahmed Shiaan, and Political Director Fathimath Nasha Ismail.
