Hawks Group Singapore Secures Global Sustainability Certification

Hawks Group’s Singapore office has received International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC), enabling the company to trade biofuels on the global market.

The accreditation represents a significant milestone for the marine fuel and cargo-trading firm, reinforcing what the company described as its commitment to environmental responsibility. With ISCC approval in place, Hawks said it can now supply fully sustainable and traceable marine biofuels worldwide.

“Across our energy portfolio, Hawks has a strong focus on investing in reducing our environmental impact and implementing sustainable alternatives, and gaining ISCC certification to trade biofuels represents an important next stage in our ESG strategy,” the company said.

Hawks Group operates an international network of offices, and they are a licensed physical supplier in the Maldives, Sri Lanka and on the high seas in the Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea. The company’s activities centre on marine fuel and cargo trading.
