FPA Office to Close Temporarily from 29th March to 13th April

The Family Protection Authority (FPA) has announced the closure of its office from 29th March to 13th April. 

During this period, individuals seeking assistance or information from the FPA are advised to utilise alternative contact channels.

For emergency situations, the public is urged to dial 119. In cases related to domestic violence (DV), individuals can reach out via the hotline numbers 1421 or 1412. Additionally, complaints concerning domestic violence can be lodged via email at reporting@fpa.gov.mv. 

For general administrative inquiries, the FPA can be contacted via email at info@fpa.gov.mv.

Furthermore, it is important to note that 28th March 2024 has been designated as a working from home day at the FPA.

The closure of the FPA office coincides with upcoming holidays, and the organisation aims to ensure continued access to essential services through alternate communication channels.
