According to local reports, on 12 October, the commission’s investigative panel concluded that the allegations of disciplinary misconduct had been proven against him.

While it remains unconfirmed whether the full commission had held a formal vote to endorse his dismissal, the JSC issued a statement confirming that Ihsan’s resignation letter had been received, officially ending his tenure as a judge.

The case against Ihsan forms part of broader staff grievances within the Civil Court system. Court employees have also submitted a separate complaint to the oversight body regarding Judge Haafiza Abdulsattar over her professional conduct and communication with staff.
