FDC Hands Over Keys to Over 1,000 Social Housing Apartments

Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has handed over keys to 1,055 of the 4,000 apartments in its social housing towers.

Keys for 2,349 additional apartments are already scheduled for handover. Flat recipients who have signed agreements and paid their deposits can check their handover dates via FDC’s Fahi Portal. They also have the option to request a new date or arrange for a representative to collect the keys on their behalf.

FDC plans to hand over approximately 600 units per day in the coming days. The corporation expects to complete the key distribution for all apartments with signed agreements and paid deposits within the first two weeks of January.
