LGA Concludes Local Authority Company Management Workshop

The Local Government Authority has concluded a comprehensive business training program, encompassing how to establish and operate a business.
The program kicked off on the 5th February, and was held in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The four-day training program comprised various aspects of business management, tailored specifically for the operations of local authority companies. Sessions covered a wide array of topics, including administrative and financial management, business plan formulation, market research, and identifying economic development opportunities.
The training sessions, which concluded on 8th February, saw the active participation of 23 government officials representing various departments within the Local Government Authority. Facilitators from the Authority led the sessions, alongside a team of consultants from the UNDP.
