Maldivian band 2OfUs takes the stage at Battle of the Bands International alongside Anu Malik.
The Maldivian music group 2OfUs has received an invitation to audition for the 19th season of Britain’s Got Talent following their participation in an online audition round.
The band, consisting of Ahmed Adhuham, Abdulla Shamrooh, Ahmed Jasheem, Ahmed Shahyd (also known as Shahyd Legacy), and Mohamed Nasooh Bin Nasruddin, shared the news on their official Instagram account, posting a screenshot of the invitation received from BGT.

In the caption, the group reflected on their journey, stating: “This didn’t happen overnight. It’s been an unbelievably hard journey. We’ve conquered challenges one by one.” They went on to affirm their commitment by adding, “No matter what happens next, know this: we will pour our souls into this opportunity.”
The band streamlined their application through the show’s online audition process, which is designed to make participation more accessible for international acts.Earlier this year, 2OfUs gained recognition in the regional music scene by finishing as second runners-up in the Indian Battle of Bands International, further cementing their status as one of the Maldives’ rising musical acts.
