Rukuri, a new digital recruitment platform designed to connect job seekers and employers in the hospitality sector, has been officially launched.
The platform was unveiled at a special event held at Barceló Nasandhura. Initially developed in 2023, Rukuri provides employment information for the tourism industry, including vacancies at resorts, guesthouses, restaurants and other hospitality establishments.

The platform enables users to search for jobs that match their skills and submit applications online, while also allowing applicants to track the progress of their applications in real time. Employers are able to manage the recruitment process through a transparent and centralised system.
Rukuri has been developed by Island Recruits. According to the company, the platform is intended to simplify recruitment processes, promote equal opportunities in employment, and empower workers, while offering practical and efficient hiring solutions for employers.
