Seaport Division Clears 577 Passengers and 496 Crew from MS Crystal Symphony

The Seaport Division successfully provided en-route immigration clearance for 577 passengers and 496 crew members aboard the cruise ship MS Crystal Symphony.
Maldives Immigration confirmed that officers processed all passengers and crew under standard clearance procedures, ensuring a smooth arrival. The cruise ship arrived from Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The vessel’s arrival follows the first cruise ship of 2026, which reached the Maldives on 15 January, marking an early start to the country’s peak tourism season.
According to daily tourist arrival statistics published by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, 143,211 tourists have visited the Maldives so far this month. Of these, 98,698 stayed in resorts, 3,694 in hotels, 37,596 in guesthouses, and 3,071 travelled on safari vessels.
