VP Inaugurates Aséria Homes & Townhouses Project

Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef initiated the Aséria Homes & Townhouses project with a groundbreaking ceremony held in Hulhumalé Phase 2.

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) contracted Batch Construction Private Limited for the construction of the Aséria Homes & Townhouses on a plot spanning 19,746.88 square meters.

Situated at the northeastern tip of Hulhumalé Island’s second phase, the Aséria Homes & Townhouses will offer three distinct types of residences: 37 units of Beach Dwellings, 14 units of Garden Dwellings, and 22 units of Urban Dwellings.

This upscale residential construction project is slated for completion within a three-year timeframe.
