Enforcing Parking Fines Without Showing a Place to Park: Ethical?

This is the issue of traffic violation fees on vehicles without providing a sustainable solution for the issue of parking.

A huge example of this is the problem faced by people working in the Veelanage area zone every day. Despite providing vehicle parking zones, there is still insufficient space to cater for all the vehicles/people working in this area and fining these vehicles every day is a very poor solution that is being implemented by the government.

If the act of fining vehicles continues without proper action being taken to find a solution for this, it becomes an act of generating income for the government instead of making life easy for the citizens of the country. 

It is high time that proper actions need to be taken to control this issue. Provide better and more convenient parking options instead of hefty fines or control the number of vehicles being imported into the country. Parking violation fees are not the way to tackle this issue nor provide a small land for parking which still does not cater for the demand.
