With its strong tastes, unique ingredients, age-old customs, and elegant presentation, Japanese food is among the most popular cuisines in the world. In a community that accepts different kinds of cuisines, Sushi-Zu proudly serves Japanese dishes, including a menu with an array of sushi and sashimi. Additionally, the restaurant has a number of sushi-Zu specialties. Chef's sushi plate, spicy tuna maki, 6-hour braised beef, gizzard yakitori, chawanmushi, and green tea lava cake are a few of their favorites.

The highlight of a meal here, though, is the teppanyaki menu. Not only is the food inventive, but you are also privy to entertaining "culinary acrobatics" by the specialty chef. Teppanyaki is a healthy style of Japanese cooking that places great emphasis on quality and consists of a wholesome balance of fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. Shushi-Zu has a great area for large groups and even smaller groups to join and experience.
