Taking place on 26th July, the special dining experience invites guests to savour the vibrant flavours of the Maldives through an extensive buffet featuring traditional local favourites, carefully prepared to showcase the country's diverse culinary traditions. From beloved savoury classics to time-honoured recipes passed down through generations, the evening promises a true taste of island culture.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, guests will be entertained by a live solo music performance throughout the evening, creating the perfect setting for families, friends, and visitors to celebrate Independence Day together.

No Maldivian feast is complete without dessert, and Oivaru Restaurant has curated a sweet ending that pays tribute to local delicacies. Guests can enjoy an assortment of traditional Maldivian desserts, including a live cooking station serving freshly made fonifolhi, the iconic local sweet crepes, as well as a variety of island-inspired treats.

The Maldivian Night buffet will be available from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM at USD 40++ per person.
