Founded in 1997 by two Italian brothers, Scoozi opened its first location in Santhorn, Bangkok. The outlet soon became an award-winning fine dining restaurant that offered authentic yet affordable Italian cuisine.

By 2018, Scoozi had established 24 branches across Bangkok.
