What You Need
- 60 ml Fresh brewed espresso
- 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 30ml Hazelnut syrup
- 325ml full cream milk
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Preparation
- Make the espresso:
Grind espresso beans and smoothen them before pouring a fresh brewed espresso doppio. - Blend the ingredients:
In a blender, add 3 scoops of vanilla ice-cream, 30ml hazelnut syrup, 325ml full cream milk, 60ml fresh brewed espresso. Add a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy. - Garnish:
Garnish inside the glass with chocolate syrup. - Serve:
Pour the blended mixture into a tall, chilled glass, then place coffee beans on top as a garnish. - Enjoy right away for a chilled, creamy blend of espresso and hazelnut that’s sweet, comforting, and delightfully indulgent.
