Islamic Chamber Secretary-General Pays Courtesy Call on President

The Secretary-General of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD), Sheikh Yousef Hassan Khalawi, paid a courtesy call on President Dr Mohamed Muizzu this morning at the President’s Office.

During the call, discussions centred on developing the Islamic economy through capacity building, investment, and collaboration in hospitality and halal business, including the expansion of halal tourism.

The Secretary-General also presented the President with a calligraphed copy of the Holy Quran.
