Dhiraagu has launched its revamped loyalty scheme, EliteClub+, opening previously invitation-only perks to its entire mobile customer base.
The company officially unveiled the initiative at a press conference on Wednesday, simultaneously solving the mystery behind the standalone doors that recently appeared across Malé, Hulhumalé, and several outer islands. The installations, which triggered widespread curiosity and discussion across social media platforms, served as a teaser for the operator’s expanded rewards platform.

Previously, access to Dhiraagu’s EliteClub required an invitation based on strict spending and eligibility benchmarks. The newly introduced EliteClub+ replaces that model, granting every mobile user access to discounts and privileges across a network exceeding 100 partner outlets.
“With EliteClub+, we have now opened the door to every Dhiraagu mobile customer to enjoy more benefits and experiences, reflecting our commitment to ensuring every customer feels valued and enjoys a more rewarding experience with us,” said Mohamed Mirshan Hassan, Director of Brand and Marketing Communications at Dhiraagu.
The revised programme operates on a four-tier structure comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels. Subscribers accrue points through standard account activity, including qualifying reloads, mobile bill settlements, and add-on purchases. Higher tiers unlock progressively greater partner discounts and lifestyle privileges. Customers may redeem accrued points for mobile data allowances, direct bill reductions, merchant gift cards, and third-party lifestyle benefits.
Dhiraagu confirmed that it will automatically transfer existing EliteClub members into the new framework. New participants can enrol by logging into the DhiraaguApp, clicking the designated EliteClub+ banner, and completing the on-screen registration steps.
To incentivise adoption, the operator is crediting 100 complimentary welcome points to all registered users, including automatically enrolled legacy members. Customers seeking further tier details and partner listings can find them through the company’s official portal.
