
TWC’s LIFT Class Promises Stamina Without Strain
Looking for a workout that challenges you without being hard on your joints? The Wellness Club (TWC) has just launched something fresh and exciting: LIFT – a group fitness programme designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more energised, all while being gentle on your body.
Whether you're just getting into fitness, returning after a break, or already have an established routine, LIFT is made for everyone.
The programme officially launches on 1 May. Following a pilot class hosted for free last Thursday, TWC has arranged additional free trial classes due to high demand. These classes will be hosted at the following times.
